ABOUT ME
THE SHORT VERSION OF A LONG STORY
I lost my consulting job and told no one. For eight months, I wore a suit and wrote my first novel in the library instead.
Every publisher rejected it. So I invented an alter-ego publicist, Pru, who was subsequently shortlisted for Publicist of the Year. I went on to sign a three-book deal with HarperCollins.
Then, having never acted, I wrote, produced and performed a sold-out West End show, playing 22 characters myself. It became my fourth novel, Unravelling.
Today, I teach storytelling for personal leadership at top business schools and advise global organisations on storytelling for change and culture. And on stage, I do more than talk about the power of story. I show you what’s possible when you change yours.
